Hello everyone,  I’ll be off for more training in a couple of weeks.  I’m taking the Advanced Teacher Training Course at Master Yoga Academy so we can deepen our blissful experiences in Advanced Twists!   I will be incorporating these new poses into my continuing classes and I hope that you are as excited as I am about the new additons to our sessions when I return.  

Last weekend, I spent a very blissful weekend at a Svaroopa(R) Weekend Workshop entitled, Blissful Body/Blissful Mind.   It’s true, you can’t attain the state of ease and bliss when your body is hurting.  Yoga can help…Yoga can heal, but of course, you need to do the yoga to experience the openings to the healing process.    I hope you will join me in this journey, so that you , too,  can find what you have been looking for.   Namaste,  Lataa

What is it that you are enthusiastic about?   As humans, we seek out activities to entertain us, we define ourselves by what we do and/or who we associate with.  Maybe you will join a club, do some volunteer work, or begin a new hobby.   You are looking for “that something” that gives you meaning to your life.  You need not look far, because what you seek already is inside you.  Dive deeply into the pool of calm that can be found only inside yourself.  Meditate …..  Seek your Self….  and do it Enthusiastically!

Come for beginners yoga classes at the Center for Integrative Bodywork in Sycamore -   Sunday eves - 7:30 pm    I am still offering the Special Introductory Price of $50.00 for 4 classes  through February 15th for new students  (that’s just $12.50 per class!).    Even though we have already started up the classes, you can join in at any time - it’s so easy to do!  Our daily practice themes help you establish a home practice so that you can keep the openings you get in class.  It’s not to late to start up a healthy habit.  Empower yourself  by cultivating a home practice so that you can experience deeper results in progressive classes.  You’ll delve deep inside to experience the bliss of  inner healings  that extinguish aches and pains.    Yoga only works when you do it… it’s worth a try!  Come and see the difference in you.
